Director of Sixth Form Welcome
Our Sixth Form is a community shaped by faith, care and high ambition. It is a place where students feel known, supported and encouraged to become the very best version of themselves. Here, young people develop into confident, thoughtful and compassionate adults who are ready to contribute positively to society and thrive in an ever-changing world.
Students immerse themselves in the subjects they are passionate about, encouraged to think deeply, question confidently and develop the intellectual independence that prepares them for further study and future careers. With dedicated facilities, excellent teaching and personalised guidance, every student is both supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
Our study programme is thoughtfully shaped around each individual. We take the time to understand every student’s academic needs, aspirations and long-term goals, ensuring that the pathway they follow genuinely nurtures their talents and opens doors to future opportunities.
Beyond the classroom, students enjoy a rich variety of experiences, from enrichment activities and co-curricular programmes to meaningful opportunities to serve and contribute to the wider community. These moments allow them to broaden their horizons, discover new strengths and play an active part in shaping the life of our school.
Whether their next step is university, an apprenticeship or entering the world of work, our aim is simple: to help every student grow in confidence, succeed in their chosen path and leave Trinity equipped with the knowledge, skills and values they need to flourish in life.
I often bump into former Trinity students, even those who left many years ago, and it is always clear how much the school stays with them. Trinity has a real way of shaping people long after they have moved on. I was recently sent a letter, and I think it sums that feeling up perfectly:
“I left Trinity about eight years ago, but honestly, it still feels like a big part of who I am. The people, the atmosphere, the way teachers pushed and supported us, it has all stayed with me. Whenever I run into other ex-Trinity students, we always end up saying the same thing: you don’t really ‘leave’ Trinity… it just stays with you.” Trinity really is a place where lifelong friendships are made and futures are shaped.
